What do I do if I charge integration service and the client is not willing to let me fix the issue. Should I refund or not have a refund policy period? If you do quality intergrations and clients charge back all the time. Should I get feed back on the integrations or just not refund?

PayPal will most likely side with you if they see that the buyer has refused your offers to rectify the issues they have raised in a chargeback.

I would say that it looks better to any prospective client if you have your T O S and policies in place.

As chickndip says, if you jump through the hoops that paypal ask you to and give them the info that they ask for they should refuse the chargeback.

paypal now sides with almost any dispute in regards to the seller if the goods are non-tangible, or, a service.

Now obviously this isn't in regards to extreme cases of blantent "rip offs" but if you attempted to provide the client with another option and they refused then you should have paypals backing for the services you have already provided.

Ahhh sounds like the same situation we had 15days back, My opinion 25$ is not worth any amount fighting over. The client did not listen to the option we gave him and we did the refund .

But if is asking for a refund after sometime there is no reason why you should refund unless there is some real mistake he did not notice for that period, Then again if you are willing to help him through that why refund. PayPal will side with you and you are most probably going to win the charge back..
