I signed up with lypha's free test reseller account with a $1 set up fee.

This was over a week ago. I understand an added requirement for rhose of us signing up for the free reseller program is a FAXED authorization coveringf future credit card charges.

I am in the reseller business (other products) and I understand the problems of credit card fraud. Besides, if they are going to offer you some free space to set up shop and start reselling their services, you better, at minimum, be willing to trust them with your credit card and a signed authorization on top of it to underline you are not using a fraudulent credit card and that you are somewhat serious about it all. So far, so good.

Other than their initial autoresponer email (warning that [all of us "cheep"] FREE resellers need to fax additional paperwork, or else...), I have not heard from them. I faxed the authotization paperwork of course.

I started a ticket at their support site. I look at it unopened every night. Still 'New" and unacted upon after all these days. I think it's stale by now. :) Incidentally, they have a very "nice" looking billing interface. Apparently they have a Paypal link there so one can theorhetically pay invoices via Paypal.

I suggested I pay via Paypal and whether this would "speed" things up (since it had already been 6 days). Of course they could keep all my credit card info updated and valid in case, god forbid, I went over my quota limit or wanted to sign up for more services on the fly, or whatever. This was sent in the form of an email, but there was still no answer to it.

Still nothing, and my support ticket at their fancy help site still being ignored it seems.

If anyone form Lypha is monitoring this, plese pm me.

Thank you!
