im trying to set up ~ICS on vista,it wont let it comes up an error. "An error occurred while Internet Connection Sharing was being enabled"

i tryed chaning the following setings to automatically load up on start:

Application Layer Gateway Service
Network Connections
Network Location Awareness (NLA)
Plug And Play
Remote Access Auto Connection Manager
Remote Access Connection Manager
Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
Telephony

i thought that this would work,but no no luck am i m issing something or done something wrong? help appreciated thanks
