I'm about to purchase a server from dedicatednow, to do some webhosting. The reason of this post, is to know if their service is good. How is their support? is is fast and 24/7? Last emails i've sent they take so much time to answer.. Also, about their uptime and speed are they ok? Actually i work with rackshack, and i want to change to dedicatednow, with cpanel, so ur opinion ( actual customers ) will be great to take this decision..

I used to be with RS. Their network for me was to slow seeing that I am europe. I have two servers with dedicatednow and I am very happy with them.

Tech support is good and they resolve the problems quickly.

For me the are great, but this is my opion.

yeah.. i'm in europe too, but when i ping rackshack and dedicatednow, rackshack is a bit fast. anyway, tech support is very important to us, and also their uptime and stability. If anyone else can reply will be nice =)

Where in europe are?

I am in Italy and my ping with RS 350ms and dedicatednow 150ms.

For me this is a big difference. Support is much better then RS even if dedicatednow has not finished their site.

Ping RS from UK average = 141ms
Ping dedicatednow from UK average = 93ms

I use dedicatednow and very please with support and uptime.

can't say enough , it's alittle early but I am very impressed with the several severs that we have with them so far . Support has been great and uptime very good also :)
