is there any way to delete old crons from whmcs ?
for some reasons the email of the cron has as follows
Cron Job Report for 23-01-2010 03:00:03


Updated Currency Exchange Rates
Updated USD Exchange Rate to 1.4064

0 Invoices Created

1 Overdue Invoice Reminders Sent
- Sent Second Notice to User Petros Stamatakos


0 Invoice Payment Reminders Sent

0 Upcoming Domain Renewal Notices Sent

0 Services Suspended
- Manual Suspend Required: ELEYTHERIOS KOSMAS - www.ct-host.info (Service ID: 25 - User ID: 4 - Error: _suspendacct called for a user that does not exist. (cthost))

these services has been deleted from the server a few days now and the invoice has been paid 2 days before
what can be wrong in my case?

Unpaid Invoices 0
Overdue Invoices 0
Pending Transfer Domains 0
Suspended Services 0
Uninvoiced Billable Items 0
Valid Quotes

there should be a section on your cpanel for cronjobs inside that area u can set up and remove crongjobs

I am not sure this is due to a faulty cron, it looks more like you have not properly updated the customer status' inside WHMCS......I would make sure that everything is correct with WHMCS regarding these accounts as the cron only runs and reports what data is available....

Inside WHMCS to suspend clients automatically you must make sure of a few things:

A - Your control panel and server is setup correctly inside WHMCS, and out.
B - Your clients control panel username is correct in the product/services view. Maybe you imported?
C - Your automation settings are all set as desired.
