Hi all
i have send a trasfer request for a domain with namecheap and this domain was register with bulkregister.
The problem now is that i have get a msg from namecheap where they tell me :

Cancelled domain can't be trasfer because it not is register

now if i do a whois on the domain i get the info on namecheap but all the field are empty like Admin , techical etc but the domain have always the old Dns


what can i do now?

It sounds like the transfer was successful. I have several domains with namecheap, and what happens when you transfer a domain to them, is that all the contact info is reset to blank. Login to your namecheap account that you initiated the transfer from, and you should see the domain when you click the "modify domains" tab. You then can enter all your contact info again.

well in fact as i told u i get a email from Namecheap that the transfer was cancel because the domain not is register
if i go in Modify a domain i dont have it ;((((

I know you said that you got that email from namecheap about the transfer being cancelled. But you also said that when you did a whois on the domain, it says namecheap, but all the contact fields are empty and it still has the old dns setting. That is exactly what happens every time I transfer a domain to namecheap, so I thought maybe the email you recieved from namecheap was a mixup. From everything you described it sounds like the transfer went through... except for that email of course.
