I've got a client who is having problems publishing his FrontPage web to my NT server.

When he uses his work PC to publish, he gets the "Site to Publish To" window, enters his domain, and all is well. But when he uses his home PC and does the same thing, he gets the "Enter FTP Directory" window.

Any ideas other than having him reload FrontPage on his home PC?

Have him check to see if the web site location is entered in Exactly the same at home and work.

I have been told by front page users that if you enter it with the www in front, you get FTP or Web, and the other if you don't.

It sounds like the problem to me, without actually seeing his pc's.
