Has anyone tried this software out yet? Any reviews?

After trying the demo, I see cPanel did an excellent job with this. I am assuming, because of being a Windows cP, that it will be more expensive that cP. Windows software is always more. But it definitely looks and feels like cP, with the Windows adjustments. As x3 default themes aren't my favorite, I hope they will include BlueRoy with it.

First off I'm glad you liked the demo. We've all worked really hard on it. Since we use the WCF service for every action you could write your own interface for it and use any of the functions we have. I'm sure once V1 is out there will be all sorts of themes out for it :).
