How does it work?

Rsync greatly improves efficiency when compared to traditional remote backup methods. By synchronizing only those files that have changed since the last backup, using rsync results in large bandwidth savings. When combined with on-the-fly compression, performing daily rsync backup can result in less data transfer than it would take to perform two backups using the .tar.gz method in a given month.

2 hours and still waiting to get an invoice after signup. Strange way of doing business. Sign up for an account, wait on an invoice to be emailed. I guess you then pay it, if and when you get it, then I guess they setup an account.

I believe that you are confusing Sales with Billing. While I will agree that Billing Departments are not 24/7, I am unaware of any Providers that do not process orders for service 24/7.

Maybe you need a little automation in your order system, WHMCS, instead of the antiquated system you currently use.

I agree with you. As for my experience with centova it took then 72 hours to activate my license, w/c is not listed on their promised activation period during business hours.

Also an little automation could be a great help, why not automate? Are you afraid of fraud? Well MaxMind is there, you need to trust them.
