I'm getting the following error on a lot of my website's SmarterStats, running on Windows 2008 x64 & DotNetPanel 2.8.11.


Date was out of the range of available data. You should adjust your time range to fall between 9/3/2009 and 11/24/2009.


The Server's timezone & time is correct, so what else could cause this?

Does anyone know what could cause this problem?

New website's stats are also not generated, so it seems that IIS 7 & SmarterStats isn't communicating with each other, but I don't know where to look for the exact problem.

You bind the port 9999 to website of SmarterStat in IIS ?

No, I'm running SmarterStats on a dedicated IP & port 80 - which is setup in IIS like this.
