My friend is going to send me money, and its a credit card, is it worth it to upgrade and get the 2.9% and 30cent fee? or what?

I need to know more info about upgrading and if it is worth it to upgrade

Personal accounts can only receive $100 a month, that is quite a limit.

I dont even recieve 1$ a month except from bank account (depends).
