Well, Simon (IHSL) has not been on here at WHT for quite a while so I'm not sure what's up there. I do recall seeing a couple of these type threads over the past few months, but it does seem that usually a response eventually comes.
Good luck!

Hello,
Now that you mentioned it, I have noticed a lower level of activity from ERICA.net, they used to be active on WHT and I have not seen a post in months. I do know that they were sold last September, but I am not sure if they have anything in common.
May I ask the nature of the ticket? The reason is that Billing issues are sometimes put off while disruption of service is higher priority.

I have been having a marked lack of response to tickets from Eirca. I sent this to management@eirca.net on January 12 2010 with no response either.

I am concerned that my support tickets are, more often than not, being left to close automatically with no response from tech support.
This has been the case with the following tickets since November 2009:
SIQ-583687 (this one was replied to initially but my follow-up query was not responded to and the ticket closed)
PDJ-371499
and
FPZ-705990 (the neglect of these two tickets led to my account being suspended due to Eirca failing to credit my account after payment. I had to open ticket KCH-763050 as an Emergency ticket to get things corrected.)
KYS-360435
VGZ-570883 (I reopened this one yesterday. It was originally opened on Nov 28, 2009 and has never been responded to.)
VWM-737213 (I think this one has closed twice so far with no response from Eirca.)
During that same period, there was one ticket which was answered and closed properly. TQG-985087 Although I didn't feel the response was as helpful as I would have liked, it was nice to get a response of any kind.
It's a problem for me to not be able to expect a response.
Thank you for any help you can provide concerning this issue.
I have had zero responses since that time. I currently have 2 open tickets. One concerns PHP not being installed properly on one of the server and some resulting issues with web stats. That was opened on November 28, 2009. Still no response. The other is concerning my account on the forum not working. I'm waiting nearly 3 weeks for any response of any sort on that.
I've lost one client over these issues already, and that's a lot for me since I only have about 30 clients. I need to move away but just haven't had the time to deal with it.

I do know that they were sold last September
Only 49% of the company was sold, so Simon still had control over the company, though he was supposed to return in his CEO capacity only on January 4th.

I have also been having lot of problems contacting this company over the last few months, now nothing at all, the emails don't get answered, the ticket system I think is now switched off because I can't even login to it. Their published telephone number is unavailable.
Does anyone know how to contact this company, has it ceased trading?
I urgently need to backup my data so I can move my sites off to another company. I have managed to move some of my sites but there are some I can't FTP into some of my sites because of permission or disk problems, but no one is there to help with these issues.
