I've noticed this over the past month but when we get new clients sign up for webhosting it doesnt automaticly create the package it just adds it to the admin panel and sets it to pending... How can i get this to automaticly create the hosting account + set to accepted on completion?
it just adds it to the admin panel and sets it to pending...
Are you saying it adds the order and sets the order to Pending?
If so, go to Settings -> Products/Services
Edit a product and go to Module Settings
What radio button is set at the bottom of the page -
"Automatically setup the product when you manually accept a pending order" ?
If you want it to setup automatically after the payment gateway clears payment, you need to check
"Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received" instead.
Be warned, that invites scammers to get use of an account immediately before you review it. Payments can be fraudulent :)

Ok this is weird, I just checked all the shared and reseller packages and there all set to "Automatically setup the product as soon as the first payment is received"
I dont understand why it just stays at pending o.o

Contact WHMCS support then if your settings are correct yet they're still coming up at pending.

payment was recieved and confirmed, I normally check paypal at the end of every day to compair orders to money gained but the issue is when a order comes through on the dashboard it shows the following
Today's Orders 1
Today's Pending 1
Today's Completed 0
Yesterdays Orders 13
Yesterdays Completed 13
Month to Date Total 42
Year to Date Total 42
I cant understand why it just wont set it as completed :/

Was the order made after you made the changes?
You should set up one more test order and this time set it to create the account automatically after order (before payment that is) and see if it works that way.
And then you can decide whether to contact WHMCS for help.

I didnt make any changes, They we're all set to create after payment was received
I'll check on WHMCS forums and if there's nothing there i'll contact WHMCS.
In the mean time if anyone can come up with a idea of why its doing this please let me know :)

Are you sure the account isn't being created? WHMCS will always set new orders to Pending to allow you to go through them. It doesn't affect the client in any way, it's just on the admin side.

I think you might find it was working the whole time, you just didn't notice it because you weren't the client. ALL orders no matter what settings you change, will show as pending on the admin dashboard. The customers account will still be created.
Edit: In the future I believe you can check the activity log if you think that accounts are not being automatically created. It should tell you why accounts are not automatically created if there is a problem.

Yehh, just check out the activity log and you'll see everything that is happening once a client creates a order.
