View Full Version : Plesk Backup Manager not working

Hi Guys!

My Plesk backup manager is not working. I login to Plesk, click Backup manager and click Backup (server repository).

I then see the following message at the top of the page:

Information: The process of backing up server data has been started.

I then click on the "Server Repository" tab and see:

Jan 19, 2010 12:57 PM backup_info_1001191257.xml This file is not a valid backup file. 2.53 MB

Why is it not a valid backup file and how can I fix that?

Zaggs,

It seems that your plesk DB is corrupt. I saw a similar post in the plesk forum (http://forum.parallels.com/showthread.php?t=85873&page=2)

I think You will have to open a ticket with the plesk support for this.

It was the server wide backup that was and is still not working. However, I have since tested the individual (per domain) backup manager and this works fine.
