I am wondering where is a good place (forums) to place banner ad. ? (other than WHT)

try www.hostforum.org, we've had some success with them

Be aware though that the average clickthru on most forums will be relatively low as visitors are more keen to read the content ... often their eyeballs skip the banners unless they are like the big banners here on WHT.

To make up for that, the CPM you pay must be lower than content sites, otherwise you may end up with a high CPC.

I wonder how much is this banner ad. cost ?

Last I knew it was a little more than 1200.00 per month but that was a while back may have went up.. I know the stickeys are 75.00 per wk.

A sticky post is one that always stays at the top of the list, regardless of when someone last posted to it. You can see a few at http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumdisplay.php?s=&forumid=27 . They are the ones that start with "Important:".

They go for $75 per week per forum.
