Sometimes companies state 24 x 7 support but it is with a tech via pager. Our support centers are open 24 x 7 with tech onsite to do hard reboots, etc..

I can offer you additional IP's for $1.00/mth each IP. Unless you are planning on a decent quanity of servers or a heavy duty server I will normally throw a block of Ip's in.

Yes, to the server question. We bill on the actual transfer when you purchase in data transfer. You you were to purchase per Mb we bill on the average usage.
