I've used WebHostingTalk.com frequently in the past, and thought I would give back a little bit.

Due to one of my reseller hosts going out of business, I spent quite a bit of time researching the best host to move to.

The company I chose was HawkHost (Hawkhost.com).

I had already been a customer of their's for several years, and had virtually no issues to speak of. Instead of going with a separate company, I chose to sign up for an addition reseller account with a server in a different location than my current account.

- Rock-solid up-time
- Very quick support response
- Been in business for many years...since 2004 (this was critical for me).
- Everything works as it's supposed to. No issues.

I would (and have) easily and comfortably recommend them to anyone, whether you're looking for reseller hosting, regular hosting, whatever. Good companies deserve the business, and HawkHost is definitely one of them. Congrats to Tony and the crew for a job well done.

Validation purposes require a domain which HH hosts, either submitted here or you can hit report on your post and submit it privately.

Yep they seem to be a good host, heard their name crop up a few times here and there lately.

I signed up the other day and all day load has been around 5.5 - 6.0 with some lag. Right now it is at 22.50 for the last 15 minutes.

BTW - I am on the mars server.

Support is great. I just hope this is just one of those days and not an ongoing thing, because I thought I had really found a great host to stick with and get a few packages with. Time will tell.


I have read good reviews about Innohosting too. I may decide to give them a try, but I tried to get with a host that has their servers in Dallas, TX (Softlayer DC) which Innohosting isn't. We'll see where I am at this time next month. I am crossing my fingers it is still at Hawk Host.

A user on that server came under attack a minute ago abuse team already took care of it. We run systems that show up as 16 CPU's so load of 5 is really nothing. A load of 5 we're talking about nearly 70% CPU idle.

Thanks for the clarification Tony. I knew I have nothing to worry about. I have gone thru so many hosts over the years it is hard to find a good one. Folks I can't wait to post my 3, 6, and 12+ month reviews of Hawk Host because I know I will be with them for years to come.
