I backup a rackshack server to a terabyte server daily and vise versa , the tera-byte server backs up to the rackshack server useing raqbackup.sh. The tera-byte transfer to rackshack transfers near 2800kbs in just a over a hour and half however the rackshack transfer to the tera-byte server takes almost 5 hours with max transfer rate of 800 kbs. Both rackshack and terabyte close trouble tickets with comments such as our 10mb port is not capped.

Can anybody tell me by looking at the graph if the problem is on terabyte or rackshacks side and if maybe im missing a port on IP chains that could be affecting this.
