it is not a payment issues and i can access their websites but i can not proceed further to make order , they keep telling me due to the trade embargo on my country they rejected me , my IP is from banned country on their system, that is why I'm trying to find other reliable companies not located in US

I have used heartinternet in the past they have been cheap for some domains but 123-reg is also cheap. 1and1 is very consistent, so sometimes they work out cheaper but their prices always stay the same, so other registras might often have promotions which beat 1and1
