Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone has some good recommendations for some sales management software like salesforce? Something where multiple sales agent can follow/track leads, collaborate on a specific task etc? I am thinking about hiring a couple of sales agent and i need some sort of management or something to make their job easier.

The only thing I can think of off the top of my head is SugarCRM (http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/). I'm sure there are plenty of others, but that's the big name. Just search for CRM

SugarCRM and V-Tiger are the 2 most recognized.

And this is also one of the very active open source projects.
I might be wrong, but what I gathered from a quick search (not on google ;o) ), I think vTiger CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is what salesforce actually used as basis for it's platform.

I have been using Maple CRM for sales management. It has good features for sales management. I also use it for customer & contacts management. Hope it helps.

We used to use SugarCRM, and really enjoyed how useful it was. Good luck in your search.

My vote goes for SugarCRM..Really nice piece of software..
