I was going to wait another hour to post this but after no response to me or 2checkout who they use as a billing service thought it best to share information. When you purchase a domain through them you have to pass a fraud check. I passed and still no funds under my account even though I have been charged. Both I and 2checkout have contacted them asking them to resolve the issue. I also tried to call them but the number they list on their contact us page is not in service according to what I reached. Not sure what it says for anyone else. That makes me very suspicious. If and when this matter is resolved I will post such here. I have the documentation to support all I have said.

Issue resolved. The billing company they use issued a refund to my account after no response. Good luck to anyone using them. Hopefully a representative will explain what the issue was.

We did send an email. Both were returned. We have the returned emails if you would like them so you can try and sort it out. I'm more then willing to give you the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to stuff happens. You have to see our end though as to why we would get suspicious when the phone number provided nor the email address worked for us. We have already went through someone else but like I said we are more then willing to share the documentation we have so that you may sort out any remaining issues. Have a good one.
