Extremehosting.com is for sale.. but, to be honest, I have no idea what to charge for it. Some way it's worth a lot and some say it's so-so so I'd appreciate some help in deciding the value.

It is on the verge of being to long of a name, though it is catchy, and easy to remember.

Just remember also, "beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder."

Personally, this name should fetch at least 50 bucks! possibly more with the right buyer.

IMHO, if you really want to sell the name, make it so someone trying to surf to the domain doesn't find a "forbidden" error! At least put up a simple html page saying that the domain is available for purchase.

Buyers also may be leary of the name as it has a competitor in "extremehost.com" but this doesn't seem to be an operable site neither.

$100-$125.

A decent name. Two common words is a definite plus. The length, because it is such common words, is not a problem. Only two problems I have with it:

(1) extremehosting to be confused with extremehost. However, this is common and maybe not too serious a concern.

(2) Extreme almost sounds like its hosting something specific or special as opposed to extremely good or that context. I just don't know that extreme carries the proper business image for business hosting. However, it does sound like a very good name for game hosts.

Overall, not particularly a special name. I would value it between $20 and $50.

The discussion of this name led me to check on hosting names which have just become available again and caused me to buy three more.........darn. These are certainly not great names, but arguably not much different than extremehosting.com. And, I only paid $10 each.

Incognito, take in account the variations of extreme. "Xtremehosting" "extremhosting" "xtreemhosting", their is like 10 other domains with the mispelled form of the word being registered.

So I guess their is somewhat of demand for 'extreme' Add Word domains. As oppose to, TreeHost, FrogHost, ect ect, Extreme has some vanity. And makes some sense.

They can serve to confuse even further sometimes. Not that I don't like the word extreme. I just don't find it extremely valuable.

However, as in all things, the value is ultimately the amount a willing buyer would pay a willing seller. The only way to discover this is to put it up for sale.

How dare you! Froghost.com is the greatest name ever! I plan on registering frogdsl.com, frogpda.com, e-frog.com, and a bunch of other stupid buzz words from 3 years ago :D

Nice domain name. Catchy and memorable two word phrase that can easily be brandable. You should be able to get at least $250-$500 for it from the right buyer. Of course finding the right buyer does not happen overnight so go ahead and take the $100 in hand.

I wouldn't even pay 10 dollars never even heard of them the domain is ok but used far too much for its good.

and having to pay 15 a year because its registered with networksolutions i would have to kill myself when ipower is like 3 dollars. So im geussing Jimmy's not going to get alot of sales unless a noob decides to go ahead and buy.

Now i may have this mixed very wrong if your selling the domain ok but i wouldn't buy it look how many crack heads have that just another tld i like custom domains like google no one would have never wanted that until thoughs brothers put it to use. it is very nice though but my bid would have to be 15 dollars
