i search on wht and find another hostmywarez i dont how they are.

there are ton of offshore companies out there.

I tried them all, and I recommend scopehosts

warez-host is also offering offshore reseller accouts. But never tried them.
prahost also offers offshore quality reseller hosting, but they are not cheap.

As for them being stable now, I see that the domain is just 1 month old. It's too early to say if they are stable or not.

are you sure arbers are replying your fast?
their offshore server is not really good
I didnt see a single day when their server was up for complete day
first they promised that problem will resolve till 16th jan
today is 19th but server is again down..
i m completely not happy with them

I like weservit.nl. Although there website isnt english, their support is. They have very good servers too.
