My client loves Discusware forum but I am trying to persuade him to take Vbulletin. He refuses unless the look and feel are exactly the same. Is there any such possibility?

Do you mean the look and feel of the forum itself or the "system" including the admin panel, etc.

If the look and feel of the forum which is seen by the public, I think you can customize it to whatever look and feel you want. Just need time and patience doing it.
