can you tell how much server side application for image resizing purpose can eat the CPU resource , the web site will be for photographers and designers , at first i was concerning only about the space and bandwidth then i got to know that the i have to consider the CPU and RAM two, it is right for such website

To be honest I don't recommend running an image resizing script on a shared host as you will end up using a lot of CPU and RAM, especially for photographers as they tend to upload HUGE images. Look for either Semi-Dedicated, a VPS, or Dedicated Server.

Make sure the host you choose has the proper components for image resizing such as ASPJPEG.
