You would only get it if you have subscribed to their mailing list at one time..

SPAM ... LOL
SPAM = Unsolicited e-mail

Well you SHOULD NOT HAVE subscribed to our “dedicated server's availability” mailing list.....

Unsubscribe here : http://www.list.eservers.biz/

This is not SPAM and this email was sent to the last 8 customer who subscribed to the list.

What I don't understand is that the email address it was sent to was my work address that is used for internal purposes only.

I am unsure as to how it would be considered an opt-in type email. Cabalstudios, please explain.

The mailing works in the method of you going to our site and subscribing to our mailing list with your email and then when we have updates we email those signed up to the mailing list.

If it’s your email and as you say it’s a work email, then of course you have registered with it, and even then you would have got an email confirmation so you were obvious aware that you had subscribed....

That’s as simple as it gets.

Your email was signed up to the mailing list and you got a confirmation, if you had any problems you should have emailed us then. Roughly looking through the list I can see many competitors signed up to it also… nice hehe

As of now the mailing system has been made double-opt-in.
