ordered a vps(windows server 2008) with jaguarpc and it took them 9 days to set it up after my payment of 130 dollars, and its been bout 4 days since i had it and the web server portion doesnt work still i cant point my domain to the name servers because something is wrong with the dns setting or something idk, i cant use for my main intention which was to run servers for client software(maybe my software i program or counterstrike servers or voice servers and etc) but even when i open all ports and disable the windows firewall no server software works whether its game, program, or web..yet i can connect to plesk, ppp, remote desktop so the server is running some things i suppose but theres no web server or something cause when i try to visit it, it gives me 503 - service unavailable everytime, heres an example: injuredwarriors.com .. so im asking you guys should i abandon ship and if so can you give me reliable windows vps hosting in the same price range(150 dollars and lower perhaps?) by the way the plan for 130 is 60gb space, 1200gb bandwidth and 1.7gb ram.. and 3 ips so idk this is my first vps..so im not sure if im getting a good deal or not...please help me as i am a normal reseller hosting guy never went vps..but i was really wanting to run game servers and what not..help and thanks ya'all

Have you contacted JaguarPC support.
I am surprised it took 9 days to setup, what country are you from?

Ahhh I know some people from Africa, Iraq etc have a long setup time for security reasons.
I have only ever heard good things about JPC.

If they offer a 30-day money back, I would get your money back and move somewhere else with better support.
Checkout the 'VPS Offers' area on WHT

If you need windows server to install gameservers, i recommend increase your budget and get a dedicated server.
Maybe just 20-30 more per month.

If NS3.RNRWEBHOSTING.COM and NS4.RNRWEBHOSTING.COM are not the name servers that your host told you to use, you need to log into godaddy for your domain and set them to the appropriate ones. If they are the right nameservers, then your host's DNS records for your domain are still not set up properly, as injuredwarriors.com does not resolve to anywhere.

For that budget you may be able to get a Windows Dual or Quad Core server with a bit more specs than you listed. Is there any reason that you considered a VPS primarily?

A dedicated server is 100% the way to go here.

VPS units only work for games like soldat or small website projects :-)
