Are these owned by the same people or have one of them copied the others web design?

Just looks like the same but in a different color and a few boxes have been changed.

I don;t think designs are same, there are a big deference in designs.
Mostly hosting companies Heading/Buttons little same. Like Dedicated, Virtual, Support, Offers.

There are quite a lot of similarities but I wouldn't consider it a "rip". Definitely over-inspired though.

Hmm, Well it doesn't look that great, I have no idea why they would copy the layout/look.

I can tell you that Softlayer has had that design for quite a while. Netrack just took it as inspiration, no rip here. :)

Nothing new from netrack, they base their designs off what top companies have. Just like their last design, they told there designer they liked rackspaces site. So boom it looked like rackspace with a different color scheme, and lately softlayer has boomed, so el presto softlayer with netracks color scheme.
