Your budget is quite good for VPS as well where you can install your custom components as well.

My budget is USD50/month. I do not have experiance of VPS. Currently my ASP Application hosted at my office computer. This computer has 2GB RAM. P4 2.4 Ghz system with 80GB HDD. It is installed Windows 2003, SQL Server and few ASP componenets.

Firstly I uploaded my ASP Application over my hosted domain. First year it was good with no complain. But now server performance is too bad. So I setup this to my head office server with 2MB DSL Connection. My company website and emails are hosted at the hosting provider but due to speed problem for my ASP Application, I move it to my own server. Now I want to have everything be at a hosting provider that have reliable and fast servers. I am here to seek my future hosting provider (May be for whole life). This is the reason for which I increase my budget to 50USD/month while I am currently paying a low price.

The actual email trafic will be execute from (executives) 100 email addresses. Further are email addresses for field persons and they do not have much trafic. The 100 email addresses (Executive) are also not so heavy users. They each sent normally 80-100 emails per day and mojority of emails sent to each other.

I think you should have no trouble getting what you are looking for. What you need to do is find a good hosting company that is not restricted to the "normal" hosting panels. Have a good look around this and other forums even try google for long established hosting companies because there are enough out there.
