Any preference of control panel?
How much disk space and bandwidth do you need?
What do you consider as quick support response?
IMO acceptable response time is 30 minutes to 6 hours.

Budget will really determine what level of service you receive. Did you have a particular location in mind too?

As others members have suggested you should need to specify more details about your requirements. As members can help you to find suitable host that will suit to your requirements.

Hi

Welcome to WHT. I am sure plenty of hosts can Help. Firstly can you answers these questions for me please.

1) How many websites do you currently need to host and how many do you expect to host within 6 months?

2) Are you looking to resell windows hosting, or just looking for a large plan for your own domains

3) Do you know how much diskspace & bandwidth you will be requiring?

4) Do you need ASP, PHP, ASP.net (ie 1, 2, 3, 3.5 or all)

5) Do you need databases such as MySQL or/and MS SQL ?

6) How much can you spend a month? remember the better the budget the more hosts you can choose from, paying more can often mean a more reliable service.

1) How many websites do you currently need to host and how many do you expect to host within 6 months?

I have about 40 domain to host at this moment ...

2) Are you looking to resell windows hosting, or just looking for a large plan for your own domains

A real, good performance

3) Do you know how much diskspace & bandwidth you will be requiring?

Just 20 to 50 GB storage as they don't use much. About 1GB each account is enough.

4) Do you need ASP, PHP, ASP.net (ie 1, 2, 3, 3.5 or all)

I need them all supported

5) Do you need databases such as MySQL or/and MS SQL ?

I need both MySQL and MS SQL server

6) How much can you spend a month? remember the better the budget the more hosts you can choose from, paying more can often mean a more reliable service.

My budget is up to $30 a month

Found a good plan one at www.m6.net but:

- Damn slow support
- Everything is extra charged
- Plesk panel load freaking slow

Finally cancel their plan and look for new one ....

Have you considered a VPS solution? It might turn out to be cost effective solution compared to reseller since you have a low budget for something like 40 domains/50 GB disk space. If you do find a reseller within this budget, you might experience something like what you've experienced with your recent host.

Good luck!

Perhaps that could happen with an unmanaged VPS. Even then, won't the licensing costs and general overhead eat too much into the savings?

An under $30 VPS can only be a quite basic offer.

Yes,

I need window hosting based with Plesk and MS SQL for just a few clients, but for normal asp and asp.net + ms access/mySQL is going to be 20 to 30 account.

- Need only 1GB each account ... totally about 30GB to 50GB
- Need stable mail system

* m6.net is like scamming, eating all reseller's money and keep quiet... no respond.
* datapacket.net ... never got support respond
* mochahost.com .... seem to be good but problem a few days on their server ... low end
