Has anyone else had problems using the PayPal sandbox API recently? I seem to have hit a brick wall.
I seem to have deleted the one "user" which worked from my Sandbox profile and cannot seem to add a new buyer. By that I mean, when I create a new buyer everything works out well except it cannot add a bank or credit card. By all means its fine - or so I think - because I added $1000 into the account.
But then I try to "buy" something. It will not let me continue without a credit card. Period. Even the automatically generated numbers *will not work*.
Honestly, does anyone know what to do here?
