So I was curious where do most hosts get their order forms and other types of forms? For example the nice ones that show the nice Windows / Linux layouts, then choosing package you want, etc.

I know some hire people to create them for them, but can they be found to purchase anywhere?

I'm not sure, maybe there is a PHP framework that includes them? I know Smarty PHP has standard forms for Countries etc.

As for the ordering part they are probably using a billing solution such as WHMCS.

Hmm yea I forgot about that for whmcs, but yea I'll look into that more for PHP Framework...
