What is the command to find out open realy is enabled and how could I close it?

telnet to port 25 and see if you can send mail without any authentication, check the manuals on your email software to find out how to close it.

Search on google for "open relay test" .. Some of these return false positives for certain setups (warning that it may be an open relay) but generally work fairly well.
