Im planning on trying to sell some webtemplates. However im new to this and I need to know how to sell, what to include etc.. Could someone please help me. Thank you all :)

With the templates, include:

Screen Shot
PSD, all source files
.txt file on how to edit them, what does what, etc.
any HTML or code files.

Sometimes you might want to include a brief contract that explains that you will not resell the template, all rights will be given to the client, etc.

True or state that you WILL be reselling the templates. There is nothing wrong with this either. The major thing for you is the asking price will be considerably lower than exclusive templates.

Also the fact that many (OBVIOUSLY) want to have a template that is not found everywhere on the net especially within the same industry. The flip side to this is that many offer design for different endusers, thus may not care too much about the use of similar or exact sites.

I was thinking of selling a reseller fee with the templates? Good idea. Someone pays a lump some of cash and they have reseller rights.
