what do you consider average specs for vert. plans?
I see alot of people doing 100mb space with 10 gigs bw,
and 250 mb space with 15 gigs bw plan.
what do you think is the average spec for vert. plans?

That's going to be a tricky one to nail down. An average price would assume that web hosting companies all pay around the same for their resources. What an average $100 a month 300+ gig server will require to turn a profit is a lot less than the rest of us pay.
With cheap hardware, small amounts of providers, and no real overheads, some of these guys are almost giving it away. It's impossible to compete on price without going to the wall.
Instead of looking at everyone else's pricing the best option to to work out what everything (and I mean everything) will cost your business, then build a business plan around that. Make sure you have enough profit to make it worthwhile, then divide the total by the proposed amount of accounts you'll need to keep a business running. As long as you have cash reserves and meet your targets you'll do fine.
For a general gauge of the industry spend some time at hosting directories, and stay away from the ad forum here (it's full of bottom feeders).
