I am about to seriously get into hosting, and want to make sure I have all of the basics covered. What else is needed besides the following:

domain(s)
web design
server (reseller account)
banners/ buttons
merchant account
billing software
affiliate program
help desk

Or does this pretty much cover it?

business plan - the most important thing.

Thanks for mentioning that. I'm actually working on a budget to go with my business plan. That's why I need this info. I don't want to miss anything.

I have also added a "legal" TOS contract.

SSL depending on where u get your merchant acct
