I can not say enough good things about Cartika and the support team. Being a reseller with them for a few years now I have to say when support is needed they are top notch. Tickets are responded to promptly and they even have a phone number when you need immediate support like I did today after deleting an account with multiple domains by accident. Everything was back to normal within 60 minutes and no end users even noticed.
Hosting is fast, reliable, and the top notch support makes the cost worth every penny compared to experiences I have had with budget resellers

I too have seen positive remarks about Cartika over the years, good to see it still going.
Which domain(s) do you host under Cartika, as to confirm you are indeed a client. Otherwise, by means of private, you can click Report and submit yourself to confirm otherwise :)

I have to agree.
I have a bunch of sites there and will be moving the rest of my sites to cartika.
