So, I've been wondering where I can get a Terms of Service that is specifically for a Webhosting/GSP company.
Are there any types of specialized lawyers or someone who writes these specifically?
Can I get this off of a site somewhere that I can customize it?
Thanks

normally its a document you write with the right legal department, and usually rule of thumb is it closely matches what the datacentre terms are.
If you own your own DC then chances are the terms will be along the lines of your transit provider.
hope this helps to get you started.

Visit a lawyer.
Probably not a bad idea.

The best, proper legal advice will come from a lawyer. Members here can advise, but I wouldn't put anything that's given here into writing without first having the document reviewed by a lawyer that is keen on such laws.

You can visit a lawyer, sure... but there are some sites with some basic TOS's out there. I can't link because I don't have enough posts yet (*LAME*) but just google for terms of service template and add your own jazz to it.

Do what 99% of kiddie hosts do - copy someone's and hope you don't get caught. :p
