starting my own hosting company it isnt as easy as i thought.
I was wondering if some people could answer my questions.

1. Is 2checkout.com good or is there a better service available?
2. Do i need to register my company anywhere? I heard i needed a Small business liscence from someone, and from someone else they said just get a Do Business As liscence. Which do i neeD if any?
3. As a begining webhosting, is it a good idea to hire technical support to be able to help me or should i just "wing it"
4. I am doing this cause i love doing this, I think its fun and even if i dont make money its still a good learning experiance. Is this a good attitude towards webhosting?
5. Should i get a new webdesigner (working for free hosting and helping me in alot of ways) or hire a prof with real cash to change my site around. My site is www.mythicalhosting.com should i stick with that? (PICTURES AND PLANS AND INFO WILL COME LATER)

With the tech support if your just starting, probably the best idea would be to try first to see if you can handle the load as you get clients, then as it gets a bit over wellming(or you have enough profit) to hirer some help.

Check with your local laws about operating a business.

Depends on your skill level. As a reseller, you have a supplier who admins the servers etc. So you don't need to worry about that. You just need to provide basic tech support for your clients.

It could be. But make sure that you are committed and won't just close up your reseller account at a moment's notice.

Start with the resources that you have and let it all grow out from there. It's a journey and many things will change along the path. :)
