We are looking for a hosting web template, either pre-maid or custom design.

Unfortunately, we have a low budget of $80 and a maximum of 1/4 upfront (custom design).

American girl on headset phone
3 places to put hosting packages
HTML sub-page
Area for: news and domains
Nice header etc.

We would like the links to be vertical not horizontal.

Hmm... This would sound more like a web design and not a template. In which case, paying 1/4 of $80 upfront most likely will not get you anywhere.

Ok first of all.. a host starts out somewhere second all he wants is 1 layout. Non flash. and 1 subpage cut into HTML.

I actually have a template similar to what you want.. Let me seee if I can find it in my files... It was one that I originally made for myself. It's more of a purple/blue scheme, but I can change that for you.. and it has a female in the header section.. no headset though, but can add that in.

I just finished this template and want to sell it. Some of the specifications don't match but I can make them easily. The only problem would be the headphone girl. I'd have to somehow get rights to one. Though my friend has a cd with about a million images like that, I'll try to get one. $80 seems fair to me. Hit me back if your interested. I don't want to go through all this trouble if your not.

You would get 2 html files, an index page and a content page
Sliced images (with Rollovers)
PSD File
I can change it foy you to include your logo etc
