Wrong forum. Put it in the Webhosting Requests forum, like you did for your Win2k request.

You can get a managed Linux server from rackspace.com and then have CPanel installed :)

Good and Cheap don't exist. No matter who you go with.

depends on what you consider good and what you consider cheap. rackforce.com has plesk with dedicated servers and management for a low price. their tech support is great. they have had problems in the past with billing, but those problems are being solved. dedicatednow also has inexpensive prices but i have never used them.

Obviously you haven't heard of Nocster.com :D . Check out their prices (their setup fees are a little higher than your normal cheap place, but they do have $99/month servers and $20/month CPanel licences). The servers are managed too (usually management costs $50-150/month alone).

Eventually those companies won't be able to hold on to that. And Nocster has its problems as well. Do a search and you will find them. But do a search for rackspace.com and see how many threads you find.

Then do a search for the price difference between Nocster and RackSpace.

Neo3Net, what are you basing your seemingly factual statement about those companies not being able to hold up to their pricing?

123x, I've said it before, and I'll say it again; I recommend Nocster without reservation. They are a great service for your money; and then some.

I am using servint.com. No complains, fast prompt 24/7 replies, installation of updates upon request, and generally, their NOC staff are knowledgable. Learnt a few things from them.
