LeeWare Development Provider of Self Managed Linux Based Dedicated Servers is looking to expand it hosting foot print by acquiring the customers of
small and medium size hosting companies looking to cash-out or exit the business. I am open to approving a larger payout for larger operations. No operations is too small to be considered. However, there is an expansion objective I am trying to meet, therefore, the companies or individuals that are looking to sell which have to successfully complete ICB evaluation. Scammers and con-artist need not apply, I've been to the circus and I've seen the clowns.

I am looking for companies that can meet the following basic requirements:

(1) Must provide unmanaged services
(2) Must be linux-based
(3) Customers must be on month-to-month billing cycles [paypal preferred - will consider paypal invoiced customers]
(4) Customer-Base should not be engaged in any high-risk activities [irc, p2p, spamming, hacking, warez]
(5) Active clients should be a minimum of 3-months old.
(6) The seller should be willing to participate in the client transition.
(7) Clients will have to move (not interested in cost duplication)
(8) The seller must have an active paypal account to recieve payment.
