well kidz, its been 7 months since i switched to VO after listening to recomendations on this forum. i promised to report back to you so here it is......UPTIME, over 99%, i have a web-stat thingy which checks my site every hour on the hour. the only time it ever goes down is for routine maintenence ( which VO emails me about prior too) and then only for an hour or so in the middle of the night......grade for uptime, A . CUSTOMER SERVICE, although i was concerned that they have a "trouble ticket" type system instead of telephone contact, those concerns were completely wrong. matter of fact, my programmer is so impressed with their trouble ticket system and the quality of their knowledge hes been switching his business to them.....grade for CS, A+. COST, considering i was on my 3rd crappy host in less than 2 years prior to visiting this forum ( i wont mention any names ) and was paying $49.99 a month for lousy hosting and no unique IP, i am now paying VO $16.99 a month for great hosting and a unique IP... grade for COST, A++. in sum, i am very satisfied with this host and i owe it all to you, the posters in this forum, who pointed me in the right direction. thank you very much, james
