Do any of you know what file is actually being edited when you add entries through the spam filter in cpanel. I have several I would like to add, but I would prefer to add them directly to a file, rather than go through the cpanel GUI, if possible. Thanks.

/etc/vfilters/domain.com

I have tried adding the entries myself, but something needs to be reloaded or restarted, as the entries would not take effect.

Haze,

Thanks for the info. I may just have found the answer. It needs to be added in 2 places. The first place is what you mentioned, then it looks like you need to edit the .filter file for you domain, located at /home/yourdomain/.filter.

Haze,

Sorry for the late response. Yes, it did work when I edited both files.
