Hello,

While trying to visit some domain , the below URL is presented :

Unable to determine IP address from host name for www.dyonis.com
The dnsserver returned:

Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.
This means that:

The cache was not able to resolve the hostname presented in the URL.
Check if the address is correct.

This error appears in randomly and it happens only at our customer site.

Hello,

So the problem is when you visit http://www.dyonis.com/ you get a DNS error? If so which browser are you using? The site http://www.dyonis.com/ loads well for me?

Hi - I would suspect that it is due to one of the name servers being down ... NS1.STPNETWORK.com

NS2.STPNETWORK.com seems to work o.k.

Cant quite see why only your customer site is affected but do some more tests when NS1.STPNETWORK.com comes back up to see if that was the problem.

thanks for the reply.

I have checked on the DNS zone and found that the ns used in the DNS zone is incorrect.

Thanks however.
