There are dozens of great online free 'drag/drop/move object' builders like wix, handzon. (Actually, one of these or both create flash websites, can't quite remember). There are others that don't have drag/drop/move capabilities, but are still easy to use like weebly, viviti, webs, etc. They are free because if you want to use your domain name and have more features you use their paid web hosting service.

Now the question: Is there a free/one-time-non-free/monthly-licensed 'drag/drop/move object' website builder script like the above examples that's installable on my server that I can use to build customers' websites or let them use for a charge?

I searched hotscripts but didn't see anything.
