Does anyone know how to contact tranxactglobal/dv2 without the 866#. I am in Canada, and their support number doesn't work from here.

I have open tickets, but it's been some time and they haven't been looked at, hoping I can reach someone a bit quicker.

I have never had problems getting tickets answered quickly...

Perhaps you could raise the priority setting on your tickets to get someones attention over the weekend?

Alternatively email someone directly. The problem with that, though, is that you might choose a person that's not currently available.

No, I have never had trouble before with their support either, but I have a Emergency ticket in for ~4 hours and no reply, which is odd. And there is no one on AIM. I have e'd and phoned Jeffs contact info, and engineering, but still no response

You can use the service at http://www.icq.com/icqphone/
cost $15 to fund the account but then you can call US toll free number without any expense, I use to call my U.S. bank, I'm in Italy and work great for me.
