Can you recommend a reliable reseller offering free whmcs and where I can install vision also (considerable amount of space and bandwidth for whmcs and vision installations)

InnoHosting (http://innohosting.com) offers WHMCS for free on some of their reseller hosting plans, you may want to check them out and see if they meet your overall needs.

HostNine and HostGator also offer free WHMCS with their Reseller packages.

ThePrimeHost also offers what you need. I never used them, but heard good things.

I'd say ASPnix if you're wanting windows
HostGator if not

I've dealt with Rameen from InnoHosting a few times. He's a great guy, and the rest of the team is quite nice as well. You really can't go wrong.

I'm looking for the same thing too and tried signing up with AquariusStorage because it has the most bang for the buck and with free domain. However I was charge with the domain registration fee and Im waiting for them to fix the invoice

Do some searching in the offers section. Most hosts offer clientexec with most of their plans. Since WHMCS is way more expensive.

But the OP is specifically looking for hosting with free WHMCS.

Check out information on website and make your own judgment.
Each person has their own requirements so their best is not your best.
Additionally you only know which host is best/not good until there's problem.

One is no better than the other. It simply comes down to the users requirements and needs and if the specific host can provide both reasonably well :)

I would take a overview look of each one and try tow weigh the positives and negatives of each to determine where to go.

Exactly! It today's industry, most of the known hosting providers are intended to provide you a better service. It needs to work with you, thats all :)
