My domain fails to update webstatics, is there any chance to update it? Iam using C-panel control panel.

If your web statistics are not being updated in the CPanel control panel you should really contact your hosting provider. But if you are running the dedicated yourself... login as root via SSH and type "/scripts/fixwebalizer" without the quotes in the command line. You should get something similar to the following:

root@server [/scripts]# /scripts/fixwebalizer
Warning: this will destory all previous webalizer data!
Enter Username to fix webalizer for?

Now just enter your username and it will update the stats for your domain.

Webalizer Stats in the Tweak settings section of the root WHM account may not be checked, which would disallow this option.
