Greetings:

Wasn't there a designer or company that created pixel brick type sites, but didn't charge the price tag to go with it? I thought there was a thread about it, but I couldn't find it via the search function.

I'm just kind of curious. This particular provider did both flash and non-flash sites.

Thanks.

Trade I am doubtful if people can advertise their site in here, you could try the Advertisement forums

You be thinking of R.K. Raja (think thats it) but be careful he's one of Timmys sidekicks, I was going to looking into getting a template from him but then ralized he worked with Timmy and everyone knows anything Timmy touches turns to $hit.

Actually, JasonX posted a thread just like that. He's my good friend. He designed our website: http://burstband.net

Oh, and by the way, the thread was http://webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=55235

Ok... Thanks for chiming in with your opinion that doesn't have anything to do with the posters original question. Way to go!

I think both Hostskin's and Pixel Brick's designs are too common. I'd suggest you look at www.cwd.dk, there are a lot of good designer's websites there. I don't know how much they charge, but you can contact them. Or theres always elance.com hehe.. :) cheap, good, freelance web designers.

Any idea how much pixelbrick charges? There are references that they are expensive, but I'm curious how much expensive. Looking over their client list, let's say looking at this site:
http://www.dominet.net/en/index.htm

Anyone know how much pixelbrick charges for a site like that, roughly?

A lot of our custom work does not follow our traditional style...

Best wishes,

I was told by Shawn at PixelBrick that the Dominet site was a 5k site, for just the template and the flash..

"Yet for www.dominet.net for example we did just 1 template with intro
and menu flash + splashpage for just 5k"

Just to give you a rough idea..

"Our prices for full designs range from as low as 5k-10k
to as high as 20-50k for very advanced solutions."

Just a weeeee too steep for what I was looking for.. Awesome work, and well worth it.. just out of my price range..

For some reason, websites that have streaming music inspire very violent thoughts in me.

Hrm. . . anyone remember where that Mercedez dealership was that was selling E classes for the same price as Ford Festivas?

Designers aren't $5 tijuana hookers (no offence to the hookers reading this), you know. You do get what you pay for.

Yes, Corey works very well, also, I would like to recommend to dique7.com, he did our site, and I'm very happy with it.
